PRODUCT DESIGN AND SPECIFICATION
In order to improve our product, we reserve the right to change specification and product description at any time without prior notice. Also, weight and measures that appear in the table are indicatives.

PRICES
Our price list show prices in Euro without sales taxes and shipping cost are not included. We reserve the right to adjust or change our price any time if we receive any cost increase which is out of our control.

RETURN SHIPMENTS
All shipment in return are accepted within 3 days from the purchase date with written authorization of SILVERBONE only and they must be pre paid by the sender. All parts in return are accepted if in untouched and in the original package only.

SILVERBONE TERMS OF BUSINESS FREIGHT
Unless otherwise requested at the time of order, SILVERBONE  will try to ship as quick and efficiently as possible by  International delivery company (DHL). The buyer will be charged for all shipping costs. If the buyer wants to use a different shipping company, than he have to arrange by himself the pick up of the goods and payment method  of the freight charges by is own. Parts shortages and damaged merchandise must be reported within three working days of the receipt of the order.

 

SIZING
Sizing is included in the cost of the ring, please be accurate with your finger size. We recommend that you get your size measured by a professional jeweler, making allowance for a wide ring. Your Deadringer will be sized to the specification that you give us and we cannot accept responsibility for inaccurate sizes.

PRIVACY POLICY
At SILVERBONE we highly respect your privacy. All personal information submitted to Silverbone.it will be kept confidential and will not be accessible by other third parties under any circumstances.      We truly respect your privacy. We do not sell or market email addresses of our visitors and customers to other companies.
